Privacy Policy
How CORA handles personal information collected through this website, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Last updated: 23 July 2026
Who we are
CORA Workforce ("CORA", "we", "us", "our") provides workforce capability training and reporting for Australian NDIS disability and care providers. We operate the website at coraworkforce.com.au and the CORA provider portal.
The entity responsible for the personal information described in this policy is CORA Workforce (ABN 64 830 550 045). We are based in Adelaide, South Australia.
If you have any questions about this policy, or about how we handle your personal information, you can contact us at hello@coraworkforce.com.au.
We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What this policy covers
This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our public marketing website at coraworkforce.com.au.
Separately, NDIS providers who use the CORA provider portal manage learner and workforce information inside the platform. Our handling of that information is governed by the agreement between CORA and the provider, and by the terms that apply to the portal, rather than by this website policy. If you are a worker whose employer uses CORA, please contact your employer first about information held about you in the portal.
The personal information we collect, and how
We only collect personal information that you choose to give us, or that is recorded automatically when you visit the site.
When you request or book a demo
Our "Request a demo" and "Book a demo" forms are provided and hosted by JotForm, a third-party online form service that collects demo enquiries on CORA's behalf. When you complete a form, you may give us information such as your name, email address, organisation, and any details you include about your workforce or your enquiry. That information is collected and stored by JotForm on our behalf, and is sent to us so we can respond.
When you use the Pathway Builder
The Pathway Builder lets you describe who your team supports so we can suggest relevant courses. The support profile you enter (for example, the type of disability, communication needs, behaviours, health support needs and support setting) is processed by an automated service that CORA operates, which uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate the course recommendations. The Pathway Builder does not ask you to identify any individual, and you should not enter identifying details.
If you type a participant name into the optional name field, that name stays on your own device and is never sent to us or to any third party. It is only used to label the pathway on your screen and when you print it.
Because the support profile is processed by Anthropic's Claude AI, it may be handled on servers outside Australia, as Anthropic is based in the United States. The information you enter is used only to generate the recommendations, and is handled in line with Anthropic's terms.
When you email us
If you email us at hello@coraworkforce.com.au, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information in server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. We use a small number of cookies that are necessary for the site to work.
We use Google Search Console to see how our pages appear in Google Search. It does not track individual visitors on our website. We do not use analytics tools that profile individual visitors.
How we use your information
We use the personal information you provide to:
- respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo
- generate the Pathway Builder recommendations you asked for
- communicate with you about CORA and answer your questions
- maintain the security of, and improve, our website and services
When we disclose your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not disclose it for another organisation's marketing.
We share personal information with the service providers that help us run the website and respond to you, including:
- JotForm, which hosts our demo forms and collects demo enquiries on our behalf
- Cloudflare, which hosts the automated service behind the Pathway Builder
- Anthropic, whose Claude AI generates the Pathway Builder recommendations from the support profile you enter
- our website hosting and email providers
These providers only handle your information to provide their service to us. We may also disclose personal information if we are required or authorised to do so by law.
Where your information is stored, and how we protect it
Demo enquiries are collected and stored by JotForm, which may hold this information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States, in line with its own privacy terms.
Some of our other service providers may also store or process information outside Australia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. Information held in the CORA provider portal is stored in Australia.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. We keep demo enquiry details while we are following up with you, which includes an occasional (about monthly) check-in, and until you ask us to remove them. You can ask us to delete your details at any time. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider. When we no longer need information, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate or out of date. Email hello@coraworkforce.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request. If we cannot give you access, we will explain why.
Complaints
If you think we have mishandled your personal information, or breached the Australian Privacy Principles, please contact us first at hello@coraworkforce.com.au so we can try to put it right. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond within a reasonable time.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC):
