Started on Foundations and want the Workforce Capability Report before audit? Upgrade to Capability mid-year and only pay the difference. Prorated, no penalty.

You buy to a seat range that includes headroom. A 22-worker provider falls in the up-to-30 range, with 8 seats of capacity for new starters during the year, so you don't pay extra when you hire.

Seat ranges step in 15s up to 60 workers and in 30s up to 240, then widen as your workforce grows, with the per-seat rate stepping down the whole way. One tier applies across the whole organisation, no tier-mixing within a provider.

No. One tier applies across the whole organisation. If you're on Foundations, the whole organisation is Foundations. If you're on Capability, the whole organisation is Capability.

This keeps pricing simple and ensures the Workforce Capability Report covers your entire workforce rather than just part of it.

Capability adds three things Foundations doesn't have: the on-demand Workforce Capability Report (a board-ready executive view that scores your workforce against the four CORA capability pillars and coverage across NDIS Practice Standards), custom branding on your CORA portal and certificates, and the ability to upload your own internal content alongside the CORA library. Built for quality leads, board reporting, and audit preparation.

Capability + Insights adds sector benchmarking on top, so you can see how your workforce compares against other NDIS providers. It's tailored for growing providers, so talk to us for pricing.

Yes. Tier upgrades are prorated. A common path is starting on Foundations and upgrading to Capability before your audit cycle, you pay only the difference for the remainder of the period.

Annual billing in advance, via Stripe (credit card) or invoice (EFT). All prices ex-GST; GST added at checkout for Australian organisations. Tax invoices issued for every payment.

Annual subscriptions don't auto-renew without your confirmation. If CORA isn't working for your workforce, we'd rather know before renewal so we can either fix it or part ways cleanly. We run regular check-ins after onboarding to catch issues early.

Yes. Every CORA course is built against the NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS Workforce Capability Framework, with explicit mapping visible on completion certificates. Capability-tier reports show coverage across all mapped Practice Standards.

That said, CORA covers what eLearning can cover well, knowledge, judgement, applied decision-making. It doesn't replace supervised practicum for high-intensity clinical tasks (PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, etc.), which require hands-on training.
